Make Millions By Loaning Money That’s Not Even Yours That You Don’t Even Have-Its All Legal Too

Darryl Schoon asked:

Make Millions By Loaning Money That’s Not Even Yours That You Don’t Even Have—its all legal too

You may think this is how loaning money works: You have $10,000. You loan it at 15 % and at the end of the year you get $1,500 in interest and your $10,000 back. Not bad. If you had put that money is a money market account you would receive at most 6 % interest or $600.

But this is NOT the way the game works, not if you know how it is really played, not if you play by the rules that have already been established for others. Not if you become ONE OF THEM.

THIS IS HOW THE GAME IS REALLY PLAYED:

Let’s take that original $10,000. Let’s assume that it’s not even your money. Let’s assume it’s someone else’s $10,000. Of course, if it’s not yours, you’re going to have to pay something, say 6 %, $600, for the use of that money.

But, with that $10,000 using completely legal rules and existing laws you can now loan up to $300,000

Yes, you heard me. Under existing laws, if you have $10,000 (and the money doesn’t have to be yours), you can loan up to $300,000 as long as you keep the original $10,000 on hand. (3 % to 10 % of your outstanding loans must be kept)

WOW!

Now, the question you need to ask, the question you want to ask, the question you should be asking is:

HOW MUCH MONEY CAN I MAKE LOANING MONEY THAT I DON”T HAVE AND IS NOT EVEN MINE?

The answer: THE SKY’S THE LIMIT

Yes, you heard me correctly. THE SKY’S THE LIMIT.

Based on your original $10,000: If you loaned $300,000 at 20 %, you would receive $60,000 in interest (note: the average credit card rate in the US is 18.9%). Remember that money only cost you $600

YOUR NET PROFIT IS $60,000 - $ 600 = $59,400 a 10,000% increase on net invested capital using some else’s money. And please don’t feel sorry for that person. They’re actually happy to get 6 % for their money BECAUSE THE US GOVERNMENT WILL GUARANTEE THEIR $10,000. Yes, you heard me. You pay the US government 7¢ per $100 and the US government guarantees anyone up to $100,000 (this program is called the FDIC)

Let’s say instead you got $100,000. With $100,000, you could then loan $3,000,000 and receive $600,000 interest (at 20 %).

Expenses: $6,000.00 interest for other peoples’ money

$70.00 to FDIC to insure the $100,000
Total expenses : $6,070.00

Your net profit: $593,930.00 (using someone else’s $100,000)

AND THERE’S LOTS MORE because there’s NO LIMIT to the interest or the amount of fees you can charge.

WHY?

Because the US deregulated the loan (banking) industry and bankers can now charge as much as they want, as often as they want to anyone anywhere and ITS ALL LEGAL.

In 1978, the US Supreme Court deregulated interest rates on bank loans, i.e. no more usury laws, and allowed banks in states that allowed high interest rates (i.e. South Dakota) to issue cards at high rates in other states—even if other states outlawed higher rates.

There You Have It.

Increasing Pull-Up Power And Strength Even If You Can’t Even Do One Pull-Up

Filed under: Health And Fitness — Tags: , — muskur @ 4:24 pm
Craig W Smith asked:

Male or female increasing pull-up power and strength is possible so there is no need to make excuses. It’s a fact increasing pull-ups will make you stronger, more functional and help balance out your muscles, keep in mind we do so many different pushing exercises we need to do some pulling ones too.

Increasing pull-up power and strength builds muscle in the back, your shoulders, your arms, and don’t think you won’t get a great grip work out too, the longer you are on the bar the stronger your grip becomes.

Even if your someone that can’t even do one pull up yet don’t worry about it just use some assistance. Find something to stand on a box or chair and use your legs to help push you up. Plus work at negatives-coming down from the bar and resisting all you can.

Just hanging from the bar is a great way to increase your strength and work up to better number of reps plus you can also do this and just pull like crazy until the day comes when your able to do a pull-up yourself!

Make a point of practicing a full range of motion, all the way to the top, chin up and over the bar then all the way back down, arms fully extended. For beginner a medium grip is recommended.

Training the same body part 5 days a week is perfectly fine because we are talking about body weight exercises here not pumping iron in the gym, there is no need for split sets and resting X number of days before hitting the same muscle group again. You never see monkeys taking a days off do you? Seriously, If you train this way with you’ll have great results.

Even Gastric Bypass Patients Hit Weight Loss Plateaus

Filed under: Health And Fitness — Tags: , — muskur @ 5:14 am
Kaye Bailey asked:

Sometime, during the phase of rapid weight loss after gastric bypass surgery, many patients may find their weight loss is stalled. Talk about discouraging. The daily ritual of weighing and celebrating another pound gone has turned into depressing torture because the scale just won’t move- the dreaded plateau has arrived.

One reason for the plateau is physiological. The body reacting to the restrictive caloric intake sends out a signal to start burning less stored fuel. In other words, the metabolic rate (the rate at which the body burns fuel) is reduced as the body attempts to conserve fuel in reaction to a state of famine. Your body is hanging on for dear life to it’s beloved fat.

Face Down The Dreaded Plateau:

There are things we can do to face down the dreaded plateau. The first is to avoid beating up on ourselves or regretting the decision for WLS. Simply accept that a plateau is part of the natural course of weight loss and this too shall pass. Plateaus can last two to four weeks. Try to be patient and consider your body is simply taking a rest from the hard work of losing weight.

Avoid snacking during the plateau. Old eating habits that caused obesity may resurface as we comfort our disappointment with extra snacks or make unhealthy food choices. Try to avoid this type of self-sabotage. Keep in mind, a plateau is a difficult time emotionally. I can recall feeling, “I really didn’t deserve to lose all this weight anyway, so I may as well eat this or that.” Avoid the self-pity trap.

Re-examine your commitment to healthy eating and exercise. Sometimes a plateau can be busted simply by returning the very basic principles of living after gastric bypass. One nurse-dietician suggests a return to pure protein for 48-hours. That means eating only eggs, low-fat cheese, chicken, tuna, turkey, etc. - nothing processed. The science behind that is the intake of pure amino acids (protein) will boost metabolism and force the body to burn stored fat.

Another way to feel proactive in plateau busting is to kick-up the exercise program. Add an extra half-mile to a walk or an extra set of repetitions to the strength training program. Any little change will catch the body off guard and it just may respond by dropping a pound or two.

And of course continue to drink clear fluids, specifically water, to flush the body of toxins and fat.

Counterfeit Plateaus:

Now, What about the plateau that lasts longer than four weeks and you still have lots of weight to lose? These are referred to as “Counterfeit Plateaus” in the health community. Most counterfeit plateaus result from miscalculations or forgetfulness on the part of the dieter. For example, maybe we are forgetting to avoid starchy carbs or processed snacks. Maybe we are eating a tiny dinner and an hour later eating another tiny dinner? Perhaps we’ve fallen out of the habit of exercise. Little slip-ups or forgetfulness can become quite costly if we let it go too long without correcting the behavior. Take a hard look and find ways to improve habits and boost weight loss.

Water/Fluid Retention Plateaus:

Too much salt in the diet will cause a water retention plateau – avoid prepared soups or other foods that have excessive salt. A fluid retention plateau is the result of insufficient water consumption so the body retains fluid to compensate. Remember, drink the water.

Plateaus are Temporary:

Remember, plateaus are temporary. As discouraging as it may seem at the time it will pass and it is a natural part of the weight loss journey.

Clearance Fishing Tackle - Even Cheaper Online

Filed under: Recreation And Sports — Tags: , — muskur @ 10:12 am
Tony Savour asked:

As you know, online shopping is on average much cheaper then shopping in your local shopping mall or high street. In regards to fishing tackle, it is also cheaper to buy online. The reason why products are cheaper online is because suppliers can buy in bigger bulk and store the items, rather than rent out a shop, and display the items, which costs a lot of money. When one looks at fishing sites, there are many clearance fishing tackle sections. These sections consist of items sold at a reduced price. The main reasons clearance fishing tackle is reduced is because they are either outdated models or the company is trying to get rid of them to make room for different stocks.

I see shopping online for fishing tackle as a marvellous opportunity to save money. With more and more stores shopping online the competition is fiercely growing. This is why I say exploiting the situation. Due to the increase in competition, online fishing tackle shops are reducing prices on all tackles and increasing the amount of clearance tackle the sell. When one looks at high street tackle shops there is a clear difference between them and online stores. High street tackle shops are significantly more expensive then online stores. It is much harder for high street stores to reduce their rates because they have to pay rents, wages to staff, when online sales rates are significantly less.

I have also found that online stores have on average a larger selection of stock. The reason behind this is that stores have a limited amount of stock they can store and display in their shops. Whilst online stores can have their stock kept in boxes which take up less room. The only advertising they need to do is have a picture taken with a description. By selling a larger variety of goods, at a lower cost I believe that online shopping for fishing tackle is much better and more beneficial. It is also possible to see that because of the increase in stock, there would be, intern a larger amount of clearance fishing tackle. With a larger selection of fishing tackle it is possible to see why more and more people are beginning to shop online.

The one other detail that I found most beneficial with buying online fishing tackle is that it is not just fishing rods, hood, reels and lines on sale, but everything. Such tackle boxes, outdoor fishing clothing and ruck sacks. This is very good, as it means that there is a huge selection to choose from, which potentially means that you do not have to pay full price on any of your tackle, if you shop online using many different website.

From what has been discussed in this article is i possible to see that clearance fishing tackle is on the whole better, as it is cheaper. But with online shopping clearance fishing tackle becomes even cheaper.

He built is own sawmill there and sold parcels of his land to other settlers. Rockford was originally named Laphamville. In 1865, new residents adopted the name of Rockford, because it was shorter.

Today, Rockford Michigan real estate listings include properties in the city, on the banks of the Rogue, and housing developments around Lake Bella Vista and Silver Lake. Even the Best Garbage Disposal Clogs Up Sometimes - What Do You Do?

Bryan Stevens asked:

Virtually Every Garbage Disposal Clogs Up At Some Point
Garbage disposals can be a great tool in your kitchen if used properly. They make cleaning up after dinner and rinsing dishes off a breeze. But they are all somewhat prone to getting clogged if some basic guidelines aren’t followed.

The Best Garbage Disposal

People often wonder what is the best garbage disposal to get to avoid these problems. Without going into a full blown garbage disposal review, a good plan is to choose a model with the highest horsepower rating your budget allows. And make sure the model you select has a way to manually turn the shaft if it gets stopped up.

It Makes A Difference How You Use It

No matter what kind of garbage disposal you have, how you use it has more to do with how well it works than what brand or model it is. Even the best garbage disposal clogs up sometimes, especially if it gets a lot of heavy use.

Remember To Always Turn The Faucet On First

So how should you use your garbage disposal? The first rule is to always turn the faucet on when you are using a garbage disposal and let it run for several seconds after you turn the disposal off. Remember, everything that you put in the garbage disposal goes right into your plumbing system so it takes a little water to wash it down the pipes.

Take It Easy

Another tip is that it is not a good idea to try to put too many large pieces of food through the disposal. I’ve seen garbage disposal clogs caused by someone trying to grind big pieces of carrots. All of the drain piping under the sink was full of grated carrot.

Asking For Problems

It is certainly tempting to just dump everything into the big hole in the sink and flip the switch, but that is asking for trouble. I actually know of one situation where a guy was dropping eggshells down his disposal. He must have eaten a lot of eggs because the crushed up shells coated the inside of his kitchen drain pipe and finally stopped it up entirely. The entire drain pipe wound up having to be replaced.

Put The Big Chunks Somewhere Else

Hopefully that story shows how important it is to be careful how you use your garbage disposal. Put bigger scraps and trimmings in either the trash or a compost pile and use the disposal for the small stuff that would otherwise get rinsed down the drain. Your drain pipes will be better for it.

Garbage Disposal Clogs

Sometimes even if you have followed all of these guidelines the garbage disposal clogs up anyway. No problem, it’s pretty simple to learn how to unclog a garbage disposal. There are just a couple of basic steps to follow.

Does The Motor Need To Be Reset?

First, find out if the motor is jammed. If you flip the switch and the disposal just hums, it is most likely locked up. If the power stays on to the disposal this usually results in the motor cutting off, so lots of garbage disposals have a reset button (usually on the bottom). Turn the switch off, wait a few seconds and push the reset button.

Find For The Wrench Hole

The next step is to unjam the disposal. Most garbage disposals have an opening in the bottom that allows you to insert an “Allen Wrench” into the bottom of the shaft and manually turn the shaft to free it up. Sometimes the wrench is included with the disposal. If not a standard “Allen” wrench will get the job done.

How To Unclog A Garbage Disposal With A Wrench

Make sure the power switch is off before going to the next step! If you’re not sure, or if you have an air switch, turn off the breaker serving the disposal. Turn the faucet on and stick the wrench into the bottom of the shaft. The opening for this should be in the middle of the bottom of the garbage disposal. Now turn the wrench back and forth a couple of times until you can turn the wrench all the way around freely.

The Broomstick Method

If your disposal has no hole for a wrench at the bottom you can always try using a broomstick. Take about a 2 foot long piece of broom stick, stick it in the top of the disposal and pretend you are stirring a big pot of stew while bearing down on the stick. While not nearly as effective as the wrench method, on some models it’s your only choice.

I Thought I Left My Rings On The Counter

Once you’ve got the shaft turning, turn the switch back on. The disposal should drain now. If not, or if you weren’t able to get the shaft unstuck, there may be something (hopefully not an expensive ring) causing the jam. Making sure the switch is off, look down inside the disposal. It will probably help to use a flashlight. If you can see anything inside, try to get it out with a pair of needle nose pliers.

The Last Option

If you can tell there is something inside but it won’t come out with the pliers it may require removing the disposal. If the shaft won’t turn at all, then the next step is learning how to unclog a garbage disposal.

Removing A Garbage Disposal

The key to removing a garbage disposal is to not get in too big a hurry. The drain connection usually attaches to the disposal with a clamp that just needs to be unfastened, so take this apart first. If the sink bowl is backed up and full of water make sure you have a bowl ready to catch the water.

Disconnect The Garbage Disposal From The Sink

Once the drain is disconnected remove the mounting assembly that connects the disposal to the sink. This will be either a big nut, a bracket held in place with screws or, on Insinkerator disposals, a clamp ring that twists down. Once you have this loose you should be able to remove the disposal from the sink, take the rubber splash shield off and peek inside.

Remove The Foreign Object And Reassemble Everything

Now you can get whatever is jamming the blades out and then, before you put everything back together, turn the switch on for a minute and make sure the blade spins now. If it spins freely now, put it all back together. Be careful and get all of the gaskets back where they go and then test everything for leaks. Try the switch a few times to make sure it works and put everything back in the cabinet.

That’s How Easy It Is To Unclog A Garbage Disposal

You now know how to unclog a garbage disposal. If your garbage disposal is working fine right now you may be thinking “so what?”. The odds are that sometime you will need this information. When the day comes to fix your garbage disposal, review this article and it will be a piece of cake.
